PO Review

This review is more focused in give the final check to the PBI or bug. The Product Owner is responsible for deciding if the final work done is the goal expected by the client, company, or entity interested in the product. The Product Owner is a role with the responsibility of managing the priorities in the product backlog and also decide what is the path to follow to achieve goals.

In the PO review, the Product Owner doesn´t check in a deeper way aspect like the solution in a code level and it is only focused on the solution in a general way. Aspects like the quality, the testing, the communication with other teams if it a breaking change are supposed by the PO in order to agile the work process and strengthen the concept of each member of the team has their own work and must be made the best way possible, but it is important a good communication with the QA responsible to avoid “weaknesses” in the previous processes.
