How to report a problem in BlackDiamond Studio.

Please report your bugs or suggestions on our Forums page. If you don't have an account you can create one for free.

When reporting an issue, please consider the following:

• A clear description of the scenario will improve the likelihood that the product team will be able to reproduce the issue and find a solution.

• Please file a single bug or feature request per entry.

• If you can include reproducible steps (with what you expected versus what you actually saw), images or videos to illustrate repro-steps (they do not replace them), and errors displayed in BlackDiamond Studio, it will help the product team more rapidly and accurately assess the issue.
