Controller v4.1.3

The TelemetryMonitor nuget has been updated to the version 1.1.1 (last stable) in order to fix a bug that generates a pause on the DummyProduct.CLI execution.

Generic UI v4.0.1

• Electron updated to v15.0.0 to acquire compatibility with the ChromeDriver version 94.0.4606.6100 in order to be able to execute the UI automated tests. Otherwise the application won't open correctly and will blink due to the versions missmatch.
