Fixed bug related to the "Session Started" event that was incorrectly labeled as "Session started"

Bug Fixing

• There was a bug in which the same event was sometimes created with the name "Session Started" and sometimes created with the name "Session started" (depending on the parameters passed to the TelemetryClient constructor). This bug was fixed in this version.
